My experience thus far has been great! I had some trouble in the beginning (my own fault) and they easily helped me and got my problem sorted! I had some connection issues in some places, but that was understandable because just like in America, you won’t have service some places, or very limited service. I would 100% recommend anyone to get this if they are going abroad. I even told my traveling companion to get it, and she’s very happy with it as well.
